POSITION: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Full Time 35 Hrs/Wk, 6 Month Contract

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Community Engagement Manager is primarily responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring TCBNs community engagement strategy. The focus is on increasing the capacity of the community-labour Coalition for effective engagement with our membership, stakeholders and the general public on community benefits. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for member relations, including outreach, recruitment and retention. The Manager may provide some assistance with identifying and garnering resources to support the Coalition’s work, primarily in the area of community engagement and communications. In so doing, he or she will develop strong working relationships with TCBN members, partners and other stakeholders all while documenting the model and progress with the work in view of transferring knowledge to all stakeholders.
