IBEW 353 is recruiting for the next intake of the IBEW 353 Apprenticeship Pathway Program for Women that starts in late August.

This free program has a welcoming focus on Black, Indigenous, and other racialized and newcomer workers.
The program includes 15 weeks of skills training and 10 weeks of job placement to prepare for an Electrical Apprenticeship.
You will receive a stipend during the training phase and pre-apprenticeship wages during job placement.

Reporting to the Director, Community Benefits Campaigns, the Community Benefits Organizer is primarily responsible for campaign administration and coordination, community organizing, community engagement, communications and other stakeholder engagement activities.
