Toronto Community Benefits Network (TCBN) is looking to recruit, train and develop Community Benefits Ambassadors - emerging leaders from our pool of TCBN Program participants who identify as being from an underrepresented group in the construction industry who are in the construction trades or professional, administrative and technical careers. 

The Ambassadors will support TCBN community engagement and campaigns activities to advance Community Benefits Agreements (CBAs) in neighborhoods where large scale public infrastructure and development projects are imminent or occurring. The Community Benefits Ambassadors program will provide Ambassadors with knowledge, skills and resources to help promote opportunities in the skilled trades and advance Community Benefits Agreements that ensure inclusive economic opportunities and community benefits in neighborhoods across the City of Toronto.
