Crosstown Transit Solutions is the group of companies chosen for the design-build-finance-maintain contract. The consortia partners include ACS Infrastructure Canada, Aecon, Ellis Don, SNC Lavalin and Dragados-Canada. Over the next 6 months, Crosslinx Solutions will work with Metrolinx to define the project work plan, identifying the timeline and key job elements for the entire 5 year project. Each partner will be developing a supply chain of sub-contractors relating to its specific role.

TCBN will be meeting with Metrolinx and Crosslinx on the Community Benefits Working Committee to be held in September to ensure that the project work plan includes clear commitments and accountability processes for the community benefits we are aiming to attain. The awarding of the contract is awaiting financial close, where Crosslinx confirms that financing is in place. This is expected to happen early this fall.
