Toronto Community Benefits Network is inviting you to join us for this year’s  Union Recruitment Campaign, where we engage in outreach activities deep into our local communities to identify individuals interested in the unionized construction trades and professional, administrative, and technical roles in the sector.

This summer, TCBN’s Union Recruitment days will promote these good jobs and opportunities in neighbourhoods where there are many new large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects.

We are now organizing a series of neighbourhood flyering campaigns to highlight these opportunities  that will take place  in mid July and August with locations to be announced soon. 

With billions of dollars being invested in infrastructure and development across the City, we help fulfill Community Benefits Agreements that ensure local pathways for underrepresented groups including Black, Indigenous and racialized peoples into the good jobs and opportunities on these projects.
