Clifton Donegal

Clifton is a Red Seal Carpenter and has been a member of the Carpenters Union local 27 since immigrating to Canada from Jamaica in 1994. He has worked on Oil Refineries and Nuclear Power Plants as both a carpenter and a Radiation Protection Coordinator. Today Clifton is a Carpentry instructor at The College of Carpenters and Allied Trades Inc. 

As a member of the Carpenters Union and a union delegate, he has always been actively involved in the community both locally and abroad. He volunteered with Habitat for Humanity erecting homes in Haiti, United States and Canada, and also erected a school in Jamaica as a volunteer for Food for the Poor and Helping Hands Jamaica. Clifton is a CBTU member and a member of the TCBN Mentorship program. He believes it is very important to give back to the community and share our skills and knowledge with those who seek to follow in our footsteps.
