IBEW 353 is recruiting for the next intake of the  IBEW 353 Apprenticeship Pathway Program for Women that starts in late August. 

TCBN is co-hosting an information session with IBEW on Tuesday, July 12th at 12:30 to tell you more about the program

This free program has a welcoming focus on Black, Indigenous, and other racialized and newcomer workers.

The program includes 15 weeks of skills training and 10 weeks of job placement to prepare for an Electrical Apprenticeship.

You will receive a stipend during the training phase and pre-apprenticeship wages during job placement.

This is an excellent opportunity to get the electrical theory, trades skills, and hands-on experience you need to become an electrical apprentice.
