With over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate as a tenant, landlord, asset manager, and consultant, Jim has a unique perspective on the industry. He recently served as the Leadership Chair of the Canada Green Building Council’s Toronto Chapter and is a sought-after speaker at conferences.
