Labour Community Services has worked extensively with TCBN to aid in our growth. LCS has also worked with the Labour Community Education Centre to advance community benefits as a means of deriving economic benefits for residents in local communities where infrastructure spending occurs. In 2015, the LCS saw the Ontario government’s inclusion of community benefits principles enacted in Bill 6 (the Infrastructure for Jobs and Prosperity Act) as a positive step.
