This online and in person event was centered around meaningful community engagement.  Group discussions were led around strategies to address the lack of affordable housing supply in South Etobicoke.  Residents and members of many community organizations came together to talk about concerns, potential developments and a path forward.  Exploration of new cooperative housing supply was highlighted.  The community engagement extends beyond this one day and included a follow up community meeting on December 11, 2024.  There will be more opportunities to be a part of affordable housing strategies in the new year.
