At the July 30th City Council meeting, Councillor Jamaal Myers moved a set of motions which were supported by Councillor Shan and City Council. The motions ensure that MyMalvern, local agencies, and residents will continue to be involved in the planning process of the Malvern Town Centre redevelopment proposal through the creation of a Malvern Area Community Facilities and Services Working Group. Further details regarding a negotiated settlement agreement between the developer and City at the Ontario Land Tribunal will be shared in September.
