On July 8, the Toronto Community Benefits Network hosted a Malvern Community Showcase at the Malvern Community Recreation Centre. The event served as the official launch of the Our Malvern, Our Future campaign, focused on the proposed redevelopment of Malvern Town Centre.

The discussion provided background information about the landowner, Davpart Inc., the development process to date, the current status of Malvern Town Centre, and the community priorities identified by local residents.
