The movement for community benefits is growing across Ontario! In June, Thrive Prince Edward County Network launched its first Community Benefits Framework report. The Network’s aim is to keep key local challenges — affordable housing, a strong local economy, and environmental sustainability — front and centre. The Network has signed a letter of intent to enter a Community Benefits Agreement with developer Pinecrest Housing. Read more here
