Last week, the TCBN joined the Regent Park community for a historical announcement of $26.8 million as part of a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) for Phase 4&5 of revitalization in Regent Park.

After seven years of community mobilization and advocacy, the final terms of the CBA were announced last week. The agreement includes commitments towards:

• Local Employment
• Educational Scholarships
• New Community Spaces
• Job Training and Local Business Development

The final CBA package was selected through a community-wide vote, with participation from over 1,000 local community members and youth over the course of summer 2025.

A Community Benefits Working Group including TCHC, Phase 4&5 developer Tridel and representatives from the Regent Park community will monitor the agreement over the course of the project development.
