Welcome to Rexdale Community Hub. We opened our doors March 1st, 2012. Our Vision Statement expresses our commitment to provide a healthy and sustainable community where residents are empowered and engaged. 

We accomplish a healthy and sustainable community where we provide innovative, client-centred, integrated health, social, legal, employment, and cultural services by working with the strengths of our residents and community.
